BackUp Maker for Windows

This backup program failed when we bought it. We downloaded this backup program for our PC and, after trying its adware version for a month, we decided to purchase. However, it has been the worst program we have bought because, only after two months, it started excluding some important folders and documents. At that point, we claimed to the German seller and author, who did not anything at all and even rejected to refund our money back. Program problem. Works fine until it stops working due to 'lack of space' with target and temp files on a network hard drive with 1.66 terabytes of space. Can't even back up a single DV file of 30 gigabytes. And support is something less that admirable . . . Randal Pros: Works really fine until it stops working Cons: Stops in the middle of backing up a 40 gigabyte file with the only flag a statement that it's 'out of space,' even though target and temp files are on a network drive with 1.66 terabytes available.
